Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
In order to uphold the strictest of sanitary conditions and to eliminate and cross contamination between homes we use your vacuum and cleaning supplies.
What does the cleaning entail?
We offer a very detailed level of cleaning to our customers each and every time. It is why we have so many 5 star google reviews and have maintained such a loyal customer following over the years. Many of customers have been with us since the very beginning (over 20 years).
Our staff are self starters and do not need direction. However you are the customer and it is your home, so if something is important to you, please let us know!
Is it required to use the service regularly?
The majority of our clientele use our service on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis and prefer to be automatically booked on the same day and time slot with the same person. However, we can also schedule you in for a one time cleans to fit your needs as well.
What days can I schedule my clean?
We provide service to our customers Monday to Friday and offer appointments for your convenience throughout the day.
What are your accepted forms of payment?
We accept cash or VISA from new or one time customers and can expand this to include cheque or etransfer once we get to know you.
How will TMJS have access to my home?
Many of our customers find it most convenient for us to have the keys to their homes. If you choose to entrust us with your key we assign a number to it from our master key list which is kept in the office. Your name and address are not kept with the key for security reasons.
If you prefer to be home to let us in or leave your key with the concierge or front desk that is fine too.
Can I cancel my scheduled clean?
You can cancel your clean, we do not hold you to a contract. We would ask that you give us 2 business days notice so that we have time to deploy our employee to another clean. If less than 2 business days is given then full charges will apply.
Are your employees insured and bonded?
Our staff are employed directly by us and not on a contract basis. This means they are trained with regard to safety and products in our customers homes. Our employees are insured and bonded and covered by WSIB. They receive statutory holiday pay, holiday pay and fair pay. This is reflected in the fact that our current staff have been with us for between 16 and 23 years providing quality service to our customers.
