       From the beginning of my association with Toronto Maid, I have never had to direct the cleaning women. She came in, went ahead with the cleaning and everything that was supposed to be completed was done, each and every time.

       I will never forget the time that I had a note left for me that said “Go into your bathroom and look up, way up”. So I did. The brown spots on the roof of the ceiling had been washed clean. It’s the little extras such as that are so special.

       I look forward to cleaning day. I come back home, sit here & think this place looks great and I have a feeling of contentment and satisfaction. I am comfortable with the staff and have total confidence in their ability. I don’t have to check behind them. I know everything is done!

       I am very, very comfortable when my cleaning lady comes in, I go out. I am absolutely comfortable in leaving her alone.
