From the beginning of my association with Toronto Maid, I have never had to direct the cleaning women. She came in, went ahead with the cleaning and everything that was supposed to be completed was done, each and every time.
I will never forget the time that I had a note left for me that said “Go into your bathroom and look up, way up”. So I did. The brown spots on the roof of the ceiling had been washed clean. It’s the little extras such as that are so special.
